My original order was somehow lost between myself, MMBC and the supplier of my 3XL Green embroidered 110* bad ass Hoodie.
So, I reached out to MMBC and was promptly responded to in an expeditious and professional manner.
I unfortunately did not save the email exchange between myself and your dutiful representative of the company. O. M. G. This excellent example of how an effective customer service rep can make an absolute 180 degree with the customers buying experience.
Kudos to this amazing rep, I believed the name started with a V.
Whomever… they went above and beyond. I’m sure you will figure out who this rock star of yours is very quickly.
The hoodie is super sweet and true to size.
